The truth behind mental health

     I had the most perfect night in my life. Everything was too good to be true. However, it was a miracle to me that my life was indeed perfect.    I went out with my friends that night to grab some snacks from the supermarket. The atmosphere at the supermarket was chilling. My friends and I quickly grab the snacks that we want and went to the counter to pay for the snacks. We also bought can drinks so that it will fill our thirst. It was a long queue but we did not mind it at all.    Suddenly, the whole supermarket went dark. Everyone was wondering what happened. Then, a surprise came. The staff at the supermarket started to congratulate us. It turns out that we are the luckiest person to win the prize at the supermarket. We were so delighted that we have won the prize. At that time I felt that my life was perfect.     We went back home feeling happy and wonderful. We were thankful that we are the luckiest person to have won the prize. It was a miracle to us .

 

To my dearest brain, If I may , can I ask you a question ?  Why do you keep bothering me 24 hours without a stop to that ?  Are you such an active player to be up all time ?  Must be quite challenging for you I suppose. Why do you always have to bring my motivation down ?  Do you want to know how tensed I am everytime you make me think about things that are unprofitable ?  *** Sigh ..... I am just so tired of you , you know ?  ***Cries...... Help me ...... I feel like I am drowning in the sea.... Help me so that I will continue to stay afloat . *** Cries again .....
