The truth behind mental health

 For once and all , I feel fatigued and strain Life has took a toll on me, Books has make me hard to think The Earth has overcome with darkness , With whom shall I be with ?  This is what has been wondering around my mind , But with no one with me can decide it To whom am I obligated to ? , With only you and no one around  Peace has gone and war is back , With the mind playing it's part Loneliness oh loneliness, The enemy of mine to bear  Oh how I wish the empty bottle is filled with water  ,  To know that you are not alone in this .  Feeling empty and numb, Doesn't really taste as good as wine. When loneliness and darkness come, My mind would be full of chaos. Day by days sorrow come, And I ponder the reason behind this. My days of weakness has not come to an end, And it seems like there's no way out . Come and see the wonders of the Earth, Isn't it fantastic and beautiful as it was? However,trash came and ruined it, Oh my God how sad it is. Feeling trap in your heart, That's not a good feeling as it is. I wept and wept  but no one responds, To be full of desired to get out from this . By,  Jocelyn Ng Shu Yee.

  Yay ! Just finished reading this book.  The story is about Debbie going through depression and anxiety and how she manage it by seeking help from a therapist. She also use words to be kind to herself . And her story was amazing . Everytime I feel down , I'd use this book as guidance for me . This book also has a lot of comforting words that makes me feel better. I feel that people should read this book cause it is very encouraging.
