Everything Is Ok

 

Yay ! Just finished reading this book. 

The story is about Debbie going through depression and anxiety and how she manage it by seeking help from a therapist.
She also use words to be kind to herself . And her story was amazing . Everytime I feel down , I'd use this book as guidance for me . This book also has a lot of comforting words that makes me feel better. I feel that people should read this book cause it is very encouraging.
