How is Inside Out 2 linked to mental health ? What does it teaches us ?

Emotions play a big part in our daily lives. Without them, we won't be humans after all. So, recently Inside Out 2 just came out in the theater and I watched it with my aunt and elder brother.  The movie was really epic and well-displayed. It was a satisfying movie to watch. Today we will discuss the theme of how Inside Out 2 is linked to mental health and what it teaches us. Now, we know that mental health is a sensitive topic. But I would like to write about this cause it is an interesting topic to share. As you can see, there are now new emotions in Riley's life.  Anxiety, Envy, Ennui, and Embarrassment have come to the headquarters of Riley's mind.
