Anxiety



Anxiety is a feeling of fear, dread and uneasiness. For example, anxiety can include taking a test, difficulty at work or before making an important decision.

Symptoms of anxiety can include excessive worrying, fatigue, restlessness, difficulty sleeping and etc.

Here are a few ways to deal with anxiety:

Deep breathing exercise can help with anxiety. Just inhale deeply. Hold your breath then exhale. Next, grounding method. Try to focus on your breathing, then identify 5 things you can see, 4 things you csan touch, 3 things you can hear, 2 things you can smell and 1 thing you can taste.

Regular exercise is also effective in reducing anxiety too.

- Panic disorder
- Generalized anxiety disorder
- Social anxiety disorder
- Specific phobias
- Agoraphobia
- Separation anxiety
-Selective mutism
- Medication-induced anxiety disorder

At the end of the day, anxiety can effect in your everyday life if not treated properly. It is important to deal with anxiety in a proper manner.
