Unpredictable

I was wanted for unknown reason but I guess I have something in me that they wanted. Something strange but something that they wanted to experiment me. They kept chasing me till my house. When they arrived, one guy sprayed some sort of gas to make us faint. My family and I quickly went up to my room. After that, I went out to check to see if those guys had entered my house. And you know what ? They did !  


When I saw what has happened, in my haste, I went up to my room and bolted the door tightly. They came up to my room and started banging the door demanding us to open it. My family and I quickly creep around the corner of my room. We were having butterflies in our stomachs. I was really worried of what they would want from me. I just can't seem to figure it out.


Subsequently, they managed to get the door open and they seized me by my hand and took me with them. My parents were screaming on top of their voice.


The men brought me to their truck and placed me inside.

 Today I'm going to talk about self - harm .      What comes through your mind when you hear about self -harm ?  Self-harm is a non suicidal self injury ( NSSI ) that caused intentionally harm to one self's own body. Self harm can be in a form of cutting, pulling one's own  hair , punching and burning of the skin . Self harm can also include abuse of alcohol and drugs and etc .  The main reason why people self harm is because they want to escape from their emotional pain . Self harm should be taken seriously and should not be taken as attention seeking 🧐 Signs one might self harm would be : 1) Wearing  long sleeves or pants that could hide their self harm scars .  2) Pulling of their hair  3) misusing alcohol and drugs 4) Expressing a wish to punish themselves 5) Signs of low self-esteem such as blaming themselves for any problems  6) Becoming very withdrawn or not speaking to others  7) Signs of low mood such as depression or lack of motivation.  Feeling empty and numb, Doesn't really taste as good as wine. When loneliness and darkness come, My mind would be full of chaos. Day by days sorrow come, And I ponder the reason behind this. My days of weakness has not come to an end, And it seems like there's no way out . Come and see the wonders of the Earth, Isn't it fantastic and beautiful as it was?
