 To endure life is difficult to say,

mysterious things happen to me 

Every eyes are watching me now

To feel embarrassed I can't take it .


Hello there my friend,

Do you recognise me? 

With such big hugs

I'd love to have 


Ups and downs is a normal thing,

To fuss about it I understand that

I feel your emotions that's for sure ,

To  be with you I care so much 


Come come I miss you a lot ,

Thoughts after thoughts I reckon so much

With a little pepper I love to have ,

To be free like a bird that's the spirit

 Hi guys , today I am going to be talking about myself . My name is Jocelyn Ng Shu Yee. You can call me Joy for short . My Korean name is Kim Eun Ji . I am an INFJ and an empath.  I have three lovely hamsters . They are winter whites and one Robo hamster. I am 20 years old this year . I'm currently working as part time in The Everly Putrajaya hotel . I'm planning to take diploma in counselling later after I finished my papers on Biology and mathematics.  Today I'm going to talk about self - harm .      What comes through your mind when you hear about self -harm ?  Self-harm is a non suicidal self injury ( NSSI ) that caused intentionally harm to one self's own body. Self harm can be in a form of cutting, pulling one's own  hair , punching and burning of the skin . Self harm can also include abuse of alcohol and drugs and etc .  The main reason why people self harm is because they want to escape from their emotional pain . Self harm should be taken seriously and should not be taken as attention seeking 🧐 Signs one might self harm would be : 1) Wearing  long sleeves or pants that could hide their self harm scars .  2) Pulling of their hair  3) misusing alcohol and drugs 4) Expressing a wish to punish themselves 5) Signs of low self-esteem such as blaming themselves for any problems  6) Becoming very withdrawn or not speaking to others  7) Signs of low mood such as depression or lack of motivation.  Feeling empty and numb, Doesn't really taste as good as wine. When loneliness and darkness come, My mind would be full of chaos. Day by days sorrow come, And I ponder the reason behind this. My days of weakness has not come to an end, And it seems like there's no way out . Come and see the wonders of the Earth, Isn't it fantastic and beautiful as it was? However,trash came and ruined it, Oh my God how sad it is. Feeling trap in your heart, That's not a good feeling as it is.
