Living with BPD
Living with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD)
Living with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) isn’t as simple as I once thought.
It’s a challenge I have to face every single day.
Wild mood swings are one of the biggest struggles. I can go from happy to sad in an instant—such instability! :(
I’ve also faced many broken relationships because I couldn’t keep up with them.
Sometimes, I fear that someone I care about might abandon me, which makes it hard for me to set healthy boundaries.
An unstable self-image often leads to low self-esteem. This can be dangerous, as it sometimes results in self-harm and suicidal thoughts.
That being said, there is hope for those living with BPD.
My friends, I hope this story inspires you to see that having BPD is not the end of the world. There are many treatments available.
Living with BPD is tough, and I know it’s not easy to cope with.
But one thing I do know—there is hope. :)
